Siblings:

Siblings under 10 months (at the time of registration) are free. Siblings over 10 months (at the time of registration) are an additional $100 per sibling (excluding Holiday Sing-A-Long session. Pricing for this special event is shown as advertised).

Payment:

FULL PAYMENT must be made before the first class of the session to secure your spot in class. If full payment is not received, I have the right to give the spot away to another family.

Missed Classes:

No refunds or credits will be given for any classes missed. Make-up classes are subjected to availability and not guaranteed. Make up classes must be scheduled within the session. 

​

Cancellation/Refund:

If families want to cancel before the first class, the tuition will be fully refunded minus a $15 administration fee. If families want to cancel after the first class, the tuition will be pro-rated (will refund how many classes are leftover), minus a $55 administration fee. If families want to cancel after the second class, there will be no refunds or credits given.

Cancellation of the class must be in written form (ie: email or letter)

Illnesses:

If your child is sick, please do not come to class and contact me to schedule a make up lesson. We want to create a safe atmosphere for children to learn and play music together! If you have any older siblings who are sick and can't go to school that day, please do not bring them to class. We want to be keep the environment as safe as we can for these families!

I disinfect the instruments/mats with: Seventh Generation Disinfectant Spray

COVID SAFE:

Masks are OPTIONAL (starting Summer 2023).

​

Only ONE ADULT is allowed to accompany one child. If families have two children, then families are allowed to bring two adults. If the class is not full and a second parent would like to join the class, please email me before hand to double check if there is space.
